Respect and Integrity

We promote and encourage partnership with parents. We believe in being honest, rectitude and inspire, trust by taking responsibility. We let confidence grow in each child and their concentration skills develop with the resources provided, we follow an open door policy, we are honest and open with parents, staff and all businesses we work with.

Equality and Diversity

Our nursery policy requires all staff to be inclusive of all families, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, sexuality and disability. We recognize the diversity of families in the 21st century and welcome all families into our setting.

Right and Responsibility

We safeguard children’s rights as early years practitioners. In our setting we treat all children equally and according to their needs whatever their race, colour, religion, sex or nationality. We ensure the needs of the children are met in order to promote their health, mental, emotional and physical development. All children are loved, understood and cared for in ways, which meet their needs, and we give protection from cruelty, neglect and exploitation.

Team & Innovation

Our team of staff in our nursery is carefully chosen to reflect a balance of formal qualifications and experience, coupled with a genuine enjoyment of caring for children. The manager and teachers are of qualified standard. We are very committed to staff training and development.
